Hotspots are the places on a webpage that is the most viewed by all vistors. The top left corner and bottom right side of the webpage appear to be the hot spots that people often turn to, when they visit a site according to this source. It shows a clear way, how to organize your webpage and blog, by placing different applications on different places on a page, to catches someones attention.
Personally, I have felt, I’ve already known this, but I didn’t know their was a name for it. When I usually login to a site for example NBA.com I check the Top Left Side for Previous Game Scores, and future game schedules. On the middle the main info is being displayed and on the right side is numerous links to basketball related media.
Applying it to my blog…
I changed up my whole blog scheme, to make it more usable and visitor friendly.

the ”Youtube Girls” are girls (and boys) involved in the Online Violent Scandal. Originally the plan was for the 6 girls to Haze a classmate, that she had conflict with and post an embarrassing video of it on Youtube. They invited her over to hang out, and then they just pounded on her. I thought it was really horrible, and the 2 boys that were involved, were the look outs. They planned to ruin the girl’s social life and reputation, but all the people associated with the hazing, were given felony charges. But people look at the bigger picture, and found the bigger problem, which is Youtube.
People say Youtube is filled with violent and inappropriate content, that minors can access, but I disagree. Youtube is filled with alot of entertainment and information that people would enjoy. So they shouldn’t just put all of the blame on Youtube, its the users that choose to upload the inapproriate content that can hurt other people.

I agree with this topic because, most of the time Teens know what they are doing online, and they discuss their opinions with other people that have ideas for a certain topic. They get help with homework, or just researching stuff they are interested in. they can ask difficult questions that is hard to ask face to face.
